difference between lcd and led | led vs lcd

Most of the people get confused when they want to buy a new screen as they do not know the best brand and the advantages and disadvantages of each type this is what we are going to show in this topic

Most of the topics in this field are not specific and the information on it is not reliable but in this article you can be certain it is based on reliable sources

Here we are not going to talk about the difference between the old and modern technology also we will not bring and boring details

PLASMA

It works with technology which is evaluated in the under gas materials

This screen is very unique which make it one of the best technologies according to the professionals in this field as it has a lot of advantages

It has very transparent colors and you can see the black color very dark and this one of the most important things you must notice while buying any screen

Also this screen is very interactive screen especially with games and action movies also you can watch it from any angle without any change in the seeing angle it is also the cheapest one in the markets

It has one disadvantage which is it has a glue layer on the screen which can show any reflection on it so if you are sitting in front of it you will see your image and this unfortunately a problem cannot be solved

Most of us heard that these screens runs on gas and when the gas runs out you cannot use it anymore and this is not true

The best plasma brands are PIONEER and PANASONIC

LCD

It is the modern technology that have a lot of good qualifications but the bad ones are more

Advantages:

It is very brightening and you can use them in the galleries and the parks as it does not have reflections

Disadvantages:

It has a very limited angle when you raise it up you can notice change in the image and this happens because of its slow interaction and you can see shadows behind the scenes

It is very hard to see the black color in high quality and the details could be a little fuggy so you have to buy the interactive ones

The best brands are:

SHARP – SAMSUNG – LG and SONY

The high quality screens of LCD can cover the disadvantages of these types

LED

It is not new technology but it is the new generation of LCD as the LCD was based on the florescent light but the LED use LED side lights

The side lights has very bad seeing defects as it appears black with some white inside it which turns to be grey but it is very light which is important advantage

The back lights are much better in the LCD as the black colors appears darker and the transparent is better

But fortunately SAMSUNG sell these screens with another name as a new technology but some countries refused to deal with this name as it must be sold with its real name LCD like what SONY do with its screens they produce it with the LED technology ,but sell it under LCD name

The best brands: are LG and SONY

OLED

New technology but very complicated so the companies cannot produce many of them also you cannot predict its advantages and disadvantages, this screen has the advantages of THE LCD and PLASMA beside it is very skin it can be produced in a foldable shape but it has very important disadvantage which is its life time it is only 15000 hours

Conclusion

PLASMA is number one technology and it is very good in the low light places

LED is number two in this field with its multi advantages

LCD is number three with its good qualifications

LCD& LED: They are much better in galleries and publicity in commercial centers

LCD takes the last place because of its bad qualifications

Note: To get the best use of these screens you must use HDMI wires The difference between HD RELY and FULL HD is very simple on the  screens that is less than (47 inches)
